Do you have a physical storefront?
While we do not have a physical store front we offer order online and curbside pickup the same day, as well as local same day door front delivery within 10 miles of Crystal Lake located in Ellington/Stafford CT. We also offer pay online or cash on delivery/pickup to our local customers. Both options are available at checkout

Can I pickup and avoid shipping charges?
Yes select local pickup at checkout . We are located in Connecticut on the Stafford/Ellington town line near Crystal Lake Just email us zionsbettaworld@gmail.com, contact us via our website chat, or call us 860-375-3104 most pickups can be made within minutes. If you are within 10 miles of Crystal Lake we deliver the same day just select local delivery at checkout
Do you ship live fish/berarded dragons and how do you ship them?
Yes we ship all over the USA excpet for Alaska and Hawaii. Yes we do ship all live fish and bearded dragons are shipped overnight shipping only.

Do you ship 7 days a week
We ship live Monday through Wednesday This is to prevent from sitting with the carrier on non business days. It is highly recommended to pickup at a shipping hub , so the package does not sit outdoors in the cold or heat.
Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our facility, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues.

30 Day Guarantee
We offer a 30 day live pet guarantee. In the unfortunate event of a death to you purchased pet within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a credit for a future purchase. The 30 day guarantee only cover the unfortunate event of death to your pet. No medical treatments will be covered as we can't control what your pet is fed or consumes and the environment that they are housed in
What if a live fish or bearded dragon arrives dead?
In this unfortunate even you must contact us within 1 Hour of the package being delivered. We will use the time noted in tracking provided by ,the carrier. Please take a picture of the fish or dragon and email it to us zionsbettaworld@gmail.com along with a brief description of the issue. We will issue you a credit towards a future purchase. Shipping is non refundable. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any replacement dragon or fish. We take great pride in our animals and love each and everyone one of them. We will not sell or ship an unhealthy animals. We want your pet to live a happy and prosperous life in your home.
What if the fish arrives alive but dies afterwards?
We ship only healthy fish. All fish are thoroughly taken care of and checked before shipping. Once they are added to your aquarium we are not responsible for death or illnesses. Their continued health, water quality in your aquarium and maintenance are your responsibility.
